Take your meat wash and the chop into eatable cubes

Put in a pot add salt and the grated ginger and garlic and 2tps of water cover and let it cook until the water dries up.

After the water dries up lower the heat and we are going to fry the meat on the low heat until golden brown

Next add in your onion and toss them together then fry for about 5 minutes then turn off the fire serve your meat hot with a kachumbari
