A super easy and simple recipe you can make in under 5 minutes. The result is mousse-like and absolutely delicious!

Add the sugar and eggs to a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is pale and fluffy.

Once the mixture is pale, add the cream cheese, processed cheese wedges, and cornstarch. Beat again until everything is well combined.

After mixing, add the heavy cream and beat for about a minute. Before this step, preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C).

Line your baking pan with parchment paper. To make it easier, dampen the paper and crumple it into a ball, then it will fit better in the pan. Once placed, trim any excess paper with scissors.

Place the prepared pan in the air fryer before pouring in the batter to avoid burning yourself when inserting the pan.

Once the pan is inside, pour in the batter and start cooking.
Bake at 330°F (165°C) for 31 minutes. - 7
Check doneness by inserting a toothpick—if it doesn't come out very wet, it's ready. If you prefer a more golden top, bake for 2 more minutes at 365°F (185°C) for extra color.

Remove the cheesecake from the air fryer and let it cool for a couple of hours. It's even better if you make it a day ahead.
