Steps

Peel and wash the carrots and cut into pieces,remove the inner yellow hard part also.prick with fork n dip in water for half hour.

Dissolve phitkri in water and dip the carrots in this water for about half hour.remove n wash thoroughly with plain water n let dry.

In a pan put carrots n sprinkle all the sugar on it mix well n cover with lid n rest overnight.sugar will be dissolved and syrupy.put on stove add tatri and illachi danay too.

Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes till all sugar dissolves n turn off the flame.let it cool n enjoy.
