Take the ready mix in a mixing bowl. Add oil and water to it and mix well.

Pour the contents into a greased dish and let the contents get steamed in a steamer for 15-18 minutes.

Let the khaman dish cool a bit.

While the khaman mix is being steamed. In a small bowl make sugar syrup. Take sugar and water and heat it till one boil and let it cool.

When the khaman are cooled make the cuts and cut them into square shape.

Add this tempering to the sugar syrup and pour it on cooled khaman. Let it be like that for 5 minutes and then remove the pieces.

Serve the ready khaman with green chutney and garnish with coriander leaves.
