Chop all the veg into small pieces and place w the peas into a pot of boiling water to blanch for around 5 minutes or until tender.

Warm through the sauce, when hot mix in the fish along side any extra seasoning you would like to add. I recommend a pinch of salt and some fresh cracked black pepper!

In a deep baking dish, combine the veg with the fish and sauce mix.

Cover the mixture with a layer of mashed potato, using a fork to Rake the top gives added texture to the dish

Mix the garlic powder with a pinch of bread crumbs and as much cheese as you wish and sprinkle on top

Place in the center of oven and bake at 190°(fan) or gas mark 6 for 25-30 minutes.
