Ingredients

  • 100 gminced Maguro tuna
  • 1shiitake mushroom
  • 10 cmspring onion
  • 1/2tofu
  • 1 tablespoontapioca powder
  • 1/2-1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 4Aburaage

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and seasonings with hand.

    Cut Aburaage into half and make pockets. Put tofu mixture in Aburaage. And fry both side on pan without oil for 5-6 minutes at low flame.

    Cut half.

    Serve with Onigiri rice balls. Let’s eat lunch👏
