Here's a quick attempt at Philly cheese steak sandwiches. I used Provolone cheese here as I got a good deal for it at the deli. 🇺🇲🔔🐄🧀🥩🥖

Melt butter and 1 tbsp of olive oil on medium heat. Add the onions, sauté for a few minutes until transparent. Reduce heat to medium low and fry until caramelised, turning occasionally, about 15 to 20 minutes. Deglaze the pan with a bit of vinegar and set aside.

Mix the beef and the seasonings.

On medium heat, sauté for 5 minutes or until no longer pink, add the bell peppers, sauté for five more minutes until peppers are softened. Turn off the heat and mix in the onions.

Fill the rolls with beef mixture, top with sliced cheese and toast until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
