Samak rice pulao (barnyard millet)

Samak rice soaked for 30 min.
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee roast peanut till crispy. Now roast another dry fruits on low flame. - 2
Keep dry fruits aside. Now roast potato pieces, when patoto would be soft add paneer pieces till brown. Add more ghee roast jeera & curry leaves.

Now add capsicum,ginger, pepper & tomato. Stir it till soft adding salt. Now add soaked samak & 1 cup water. Mix it & add potato & paneer.

Cover it with lid for 5 min. It cooked nicely then add all dry fruits. Mix all ingredients very well & add lemon juice.

A beautiful pulao is ready. Serve it with curd or chutney. Light snack for breakfast or evening snack is ready.
