Mix bread crumbs with salt & black pepper. Keep aside.Beat the eggs with salt.keep aside.

In a mixer grinder, grind chicken,mint leaves & 4 tbs. Bread crumbs. In a large bowl, mix Ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, cumin powder, garam masala powder,salt, chopped green chillies with grinded chicken.

Then make cutlet shape from this mixture.Dip it in egg mixture,then coat it with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in kadai & fry Cutlets until golden brown. Serve it with salad & tomato sauce.
