Peel and slice potato in 1/2 inch thick /slightly thicker. Slice all repeating potatoes.

Soak cut potetoes in ice water for 1hour. at room temperature.

Drain them and pet dry with peper towels.
Heat oil in heavy pan carefully drop some fries into hot oil deep fry for 5-7 min.

Until tender and golden in colour. When finished frying sprinkle some dry spices chaat masala salt red chilli powder black peper powder toss and mix. Serve with any dip or sauce and ketchup.
