2Salad cucumbers
1Beefsteak tomato
2Leek around inches long
Seasoning
1 teaspoonPepper powder
1 teaspoonDry basil leaves
1/2 lemon
3/4 teaspoonSalt

Steps

10 to 15 mins

Peel the cucumber, then cut it into half vertically, then slice it to 2mm size.

Cut the beefsteek tomato into half and slice it to 2mm size
Peel the leek roll it and cut
Plate all together as seen in picture

Sprinkle all the seasoning on top of it, squeeze the lime over it and serve
