Heat ghee in kadai in low flame. Add 1 crushed whole cardamom & 1 bay leaf.Then fry vermicelli in it. Fry it until golden brown.

Then add milk & boil it for 10 minutes in medium to low flame. Continuous stirring it.Then add sugar & boil it again. When it turns thick, then add cardamom powder. Now Kheer is ready.

After that, in Microwave oven (in convection mode 180 degree) bake this kheer for 5 minutes. Then rest it for 1/2 an hour for cooling. Now Baked vermicelli Kheer is ready to be serve.
