Prepare all the ingredients. Fry the paneer in oil until golden brown, then set aside.

Wash the spinach and cook it in a pressure cooker with a little salt until you hear 2 whistles. Let it cool, then blend into a puree.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves, then add green chilies, onions, and peas. Sauté until golden. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, garlic paste, and grated ginger. Cook until the tomatoes soften. Add all the spices and cook until the oil separates.

Once the spices are cooked, add the spinach puree. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and boil for another 2 minutes.

Add the fried paneer and mix well.

Cook on low to medium heat for 5 minutes. Add garam masala, cilantro, and cream. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Garnish the delicious Palak Paneer with cream and serve.
