Cut your sweet potatoes into your desired shapes and fry it in a hot groundnut oil until light brown

Put oil into a pan and add onion then pepper mix add seasonings and spices and stir

Bbeat your eggs and add to the pepper mix

Continue stirring until fried
Serve hot or cold
