Ingredients

  • 1tuna can
  • 1TS apple cider vinegar
  • 2TS olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
  • 1TS mango atchar (ready made)
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1/2grated cucumber
  • 2TS of my onion pickles (see previous recipe)
  • 1tomato cut in cubes
  • 1 handfulbasil chopped

    Wash, cut and grate your veggies.

    In a salad bowl add everything together plus the tuna and mix.

    Add the sauces/liquids. Mix well, add the herbs, mango atchar and mix some more.

    Drizzle some lemon juice and enjoy 😉
