Steps

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt and little oil, stire in your granules,and let it Cook on medium low heat until is cooked, when is done you can perceive the aroma.

Remove from heat and serve.

For the sorrel soup.
Cook your meat with spices and onions, then you add in oil and some onions chunks to stir fry for 3mins,

Add in blended pepper tomatoes and garlic, fry again on medium heat. Then you add in the grounded peanut and cry fish stir careful not to burn the bottom of the pot, after 4mins then you add in the seasoning and a cup of water,

Add in the sorrel leaves,and cover the lid, let it Cook for 10min or until the soup is done,

Serve and enjoy.
