I make my own pesto and my guests can't have tomato, so I decided to make something different

Ingredients

2 hrs, at 350o
8 people
  1. 1 1/2 poundlasagna noodles
  2. 1 lbricotta cheese
  3. 1/2 lbmozzarella cheese
  4. 1 bagspinach
  5. 4garlic cloves
  6. 1/2white onion
  7. 1 tbspolive oil
  8. 1/2 cupsour cream
  9. 2 cupspesto sauce
  10. Salt pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the noodles as directed and set aside

    In a deep pot, cook the garlic and onion until transparent and fragrant and add the spinach until wilted and very well mix. Salt and pepper to taste

    In a 12 inch pan, start assembling the lasagna, covering the bottom with 1/4 of the sour cream and then the first layer of noodles

    Spread the 1/2 of the ricotta cheese and 1/2 of the spinach mixture,

  5. 5

    2 and layer of noodles, layers of mozzarella and the other 1/4 of the sour cream, pinch of salt.3rd layer of noodles and the other half of the ricotta and spinach mixture

  6. 6

    4 th layer of noodles and top with the pesto sauce, trying to reach the sides and corners of the lasagna. Sprinkle with extra Parm(optional)

  7. 7

    Cover w aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins or when the sauce is bubbling
