Sweet Potato Stuffed Cutlets

In a plate or a bowl, prepare the ingredients for the stuffing. Mash the parboiled green peas. Chop the raisins into half.

Also peel the sweet potatoes. Grind the flattened rice in to fine powder.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the stuffing.

On the other hand in a kadai, heat little oil and roast the coarsely crushed peanuts. Also add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and green coriander leaves. Ash the sweet potatoes and mix everything together when cool.

Now both the outer coating and inner stuffing are ready.

Make small balls from sweet potato mixture and stuffing mixture too.

Create a cavity as shown of the sweet potato mixture, place a handful of stuffing inside and roll into a perfect kebab. Complete with the entire mixture.

Shallow on medium flame till crispy. Serve with mango chunda.
