Take a pan add oil and cut the onion in oil.when it turns golden aad grinded ginger, salt, red chilli and haldi.

Fry masala and aad potatoes again fry for 3 minutes.

Add half cup water when potatoes tender add eggs and mix well.

Now add green coriander and green chilli and garam masala.
