Chicken Hunglay Curry

Marinate the chicken with Hunglay curry paste and chill it overnight. Heat the pot, add olive oil. Then put the marinated chicken into the pot, stir fry until Fragrant. Add water. Allow them to boil. when the chicken is tender add ginger sliced and garlic. Season with palm sugar, soy sauce and tamarind juice. Boil another 5 minutes. The taste will be sweet and slightly sour.
The Ready to serve. - 2
Sprinkle with ginger. Serve with hot steam rice or pita bread.
