  • 1/2Beetroot
  • 1 cupRava
  • 1/4 cupCurd
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  • To taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • as neededOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut beetroot in small pieces.

    Transfer in a mixer jar and grind into a fine paste.

    Take curd and rava in a mixing bowl.

    Add beetroot paste, chilli powder and salt.

    Mix well to make a thick batter and rest it for 20 minutes.

    Now add baking soda and mix well.

    Heat an appe pan, put 1 tsp oil and pour batter from spoon.

    Cook from both sides on low flame.

    Serve beeroot rava appe with tomato sauce.
