Firstly dip lettuce leaves for 10 minutes in 1 tablespoon white vinegar & 4 glasses of water to remove its dirt.besides wash & Peel carrots & cucumbers slice them also Peel onions & slice them.To assemble the salad take plate set leaves at first and add cucumbers & carrots on the sides and set onions On top.finally drizzle 1 tablespoon vinegar.
