Heat pan and fry the fish block until done then set aside.

Continue by stir fry the ginger and garlic together.

Then drop all veggies and add oyster sauce.

Toss all together unti l half cook.Then add fish block then mix and transfer in plate.

If you want your veggies a little bit soft.Cook it longer.
