Dinner is ready with this typical Spanish tortilla, super easy and delicious. You can enjoy it hot or cold.
Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, do the same with the onion.

Heat the pan with the olive oil and when it's hot, add the potatoes and onion.

Cover and cook them on medium heat slowly for a juicier result. In a glass bowl, beat the eggs well.

Once the potatoes and onion are cooked, add them to the eggs and mix well. Return the pan to the heat with just a coating of the oil used for cooking and let the mixture set well on one side.

Carefully flip it over using a lid or a plate, and your Spanish tortilla is ready.
