Steps

Firstly dry roast sesame seeds till light pink.

Transfer into a dish and allow to cool.

Grate khoya and keep aside.

Heat ghee in a kadai.
- 5
Add khoya and saute on low flame till it emits a nice aroma.

Add roasted sesame seeds and sugar.

Continue to saute for three to four minutes or till sugar dissolved.

Transfer into a greased plate, pat to level and allow to cool.

Cut into desired shape. Garnish with almonds

Serve delicious til burfi
