Cooking Instructions

First, grate the carrots and chop the chocolate into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and oil, and mix with a whisk.

Add the milk, carrots, and chocolate pieces, and mix.
- 4
Add the flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
- 5
Mix with the whisk. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
- 6
Dust with powdered sugar.
