I created this recipe because I wanted to eat a lot without worrying about my weight.

You can use any vegetables. I think the dressing goes well with anything.
Silken tofu, grated yamaimo yam, and bonito flakes are mandatory, though. Recipe by chiyotake

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 blockSilken tofu
  2. 10cm Yamaimo yam
  3. 1Chirimen jako
  4. 1packet Bonito flakes
  5. 1Lettuce or any leafy greens
  6. 1Sliced onions
  7. 1Tomato
  8. 1/2pack Daikon radish sprouts
  9. Dressing
  10. 3 tbspPonzu
  11. 2 tbspOlive oil
  12. 3cm Wasabi paste
  13. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lightly drain the tofu, and cut into portions according to the number of people being served. If the jako sardines are dry, use as is, but if they are moist, dry-fry in a frying pan.

    Scatter the leafy greens and onions on a plate, then the tofu on top! Grate the yamaimo yam on top. Scatter the tomato, bonito flakes, daikon radish sprouts, and jako sardines on top.

    Pour the well-mixed dressing, and it's done.
