I created this recipe because I wanted to eat a lot without worrying about my weight.
You can use any vegetables. I think the dressing goes well with anything.
Silken tofu, grated yamaimo yam, and bonito flakes are mandatory, though. Recipe by chiyotake

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Lightly drain the tofu, and cut into portions according to the number of people being served. If the jako sardines are dry, use as is, but if they are moist, dry-fry in a frying pan.
- 2
Scatter the leafy greens and onions on a plate, then the tofu on top! Grate the yamaimo yam on top. Scatter the tomato, bonito flakes, daikon radish sprouts, and jako sardines on top.
- 3
Pour the well-mixed dressing, and it's done.

Chunky Okra & Tofu Salad Chunky Okra & Tofu Salad
I was asked to make a dish that was quick to make during the hot summer days and that would increase the appetite. The flavorful pure sesame oil use in the dressing really brings out the flavor of the other ingredients. Since this dressing goes well with various ingredients, you can use it on salad daily.Silken tofu will fall apart too easily, so I recommend using firm tofu. You can use the microwave to remove the moisture if you don't have time. In that case, wrap the tofu in a paper towel and microwave for 1-2 minutes. It will taste even better if you blanch the tomatoes to remove the skin. Recipe by Kadoya-seiyu cookpad.japan -

Smooth Shira-ae Tofu Salad Smooth Shira-ae Tofu Salad
I love shira-ae, and I wanted to make it easily at home, so I used silken tofu which doesn't need a grinding bowl or a food processor to turn into a smooth paste, as well as all-purpose mentsuyu sauce which gets rid of any need for miso or sesame paste. In order to reduce the amount of water, I use concentrated mentsuyu sauce.Start by draining the water from the tofu first. When the kitchen paper towels become soaked, change them. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Miashanmama cookpad.japan -
