Steps

Take a dal and kidney beans wash and soaked for overnight.

Take a pressure cooker add dal,water,salt,carromseeds,hing,ginger,garlic,all spices add cook dal in 30minutes in slow heat.

Take a wok put oil add ginger,garlic, green chilli and onion saute till golden brown color then add tomato paste mix.

Take one tbsp clarified butter mix in dal

Take a onion masala add in dal then dal simmer in 5 minutes.

Then garnish cream and enjoy dal makhani in rice,roti or bread slice.
