Egg Omelette

Heat a non-stick pan over high flame. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with the eggs.When tawa is heated through, lower the flame and pour half of the egg mixture and spread evenly.

Dizzle few drops of oil and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Check the omelette from down side and if it looks cooked, then carefully flip and cook for one more minute.

Serve immediately with Toasted bread slices and tomato ketchup.
Make one more omelette from the rest of egg mixture.
