Lamb Mince with Baby Potatoes

An absolutely must have recipe on every other day for all. It is easily made and tastes yummy with Chapatis or Parathas. Baby Potatoes are cooked along with Lamb mince using mild spices. This can be had even with plain Rice and Khatti Daal. It's a perfect combo. It's a favourite one at Breakfast too. Many households in the City make this for Breakfast on Sundays or Weekends generally. But they use the normal Potatoes, whereas I have given it an innovative twist by using Baby Potatoes. The best part is that it goes well with both Rice and Rotis. An excellent option for meals on any given day. You can choose your mealtime to enjoy this flavourful, semi dry Non-Veg Curry.
And therefore it makes for a delightful Lunchbox idea. Children as well as adults would love this in their boxes for a yummy Lunch.

Steps
- 1
Wash and drain the Mince in a colander. In a cooking pot, heat Oil. Add Green Chillies and Ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute and then add the sliced Onions.
- 2
Saute the Onions until translucent. Now add the rest of the spices. Saute them for a minute and add the Lamb Mince now.
- 3
On a medium high heat, stir fry the Mince for a good 6 to 7 minutes. Now add deep fried Baby Potatoes too. Deep frying gives it a lovely texture as well as it gets cooked easily. Cover and simmer for about 15 to 18 minutes. Add little water if required. Adjust Salt at this stage accordingly. Garnish with chopped Coriander and Garam Masala. Serve hot alongside meals.
