This paratha is very famous in my family. Easy to make and very presentable, this paratha is always a hit with kids. Whenever my Mum-in-law is around, these parathas make a frequent appearance at breakfast along with black chana chaat.

Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes covered. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it round. Apply cooking oil on it. Sprinkle salt and carrom seeds over it.

Flap the half of rolled rotiover other half. Apply cooking oil on it. Then again flap it as a triangle. Roll it with the help of rolling pin in a triangle.

Heat a griddle. Place the triangle paratha on griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Now apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour.

Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Transfer it in a plate. Apply butter on it.

Serve hot with chana chaat.
