  1. 300 gmsChicken breast boneless,washed and dried
  2. 12-15green chillies,adjust as per spice needed
  3. 2 sprigscurry leaves
  4. 10garlic cloves
  5. handfulCoriander
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tbsplime juice
  9. Banana leaves for layering on frying pan

    Grind a paste of all ingredients and marinate chicken for 1 hr.more time for marination more taste..

    Heat a pan,add a bit of oil,layer with banana leaf,place chicken pieces.lower heat.cover the chicken with banana leaf and cook till it well cooked.turn around in between so all sides are cooked well

    Serve hot..garnish with sliced onion,lemon..
