Ingredients

  • 2Onions
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • 6Chillis (if mild)
  • 6large tomatoes
  • Nandos sauce
  • Danya (Corriander)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions and braise until soft (not fully braised)

  2. 2

    Add garlic and chilli

  3. 3

    Chop tomatos and add to pot. Cook for appox 4 min.

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Blend using a hand blender, blend to required smoothness. If it's comes out too watery add flour to thicken.
