Frozen/Fresh Lobster Tails
2 TspSalt
8 CupsWater

Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot

Put in Lobster Tails and let boil. Follow the chart below.
3 Ounces = 3 minutes
3.5 Ounces = 3 minutes 30 seconds
4 Ounces = 4 minutes
5 Ounces = 5 minutes
6 Ounces= 6 minutes
So on and so forth!
