This paratha is very tasty and you don't need any side vegetable to enjoy it.

In a bowl, combine the flour, carom seeds, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon oil. Add water as needed and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together all the spices and salt to make the spice mix.

Take a slightly larger portion of dough and shape it into a ball. Roll it out into a flat circle. Spread a little ghee on top. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the surface, then fold the dough in a fan shape as shown in the picture.

Roll the folded dough into a spiral, then roll it out again to form a paratha.

Place the paratha on a hot griddle. Once one side is cooked, flip it. Brush with ghee or oil and cook until golden brown. Masala laccha paratha is ready. Serve with tea or yogurt.
