Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly, then finely chop it using a chopper.

Pressure cook the spinach for 2 whistles, then drain it using a strainer.

Place the cooked spinach in a blender and blend until smooth.

Finely chop the tomatoes and green chilies using a chopper.

Turn on the stove and place a pan on it. Add ghee, then add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Stir lightly, then add the chopped ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Once the ginger is cooked, add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies and let them cook. Meanwhile, cut the paneer into pieces.

When the masala starts to cook, add the dry spices and mix well.

Add the blended spinach and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Your palak paneer is ready. Serve it hot with roti, paratha, or puri. It tastes delicious with any of these.
