Sarson da saag or Sarson ka saag

Heat water in Wessel. Let it boil. Now add salt, mustard leaves and spinach leaves in it. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Strain it. Let it be cool.

Crush mustard and spinach leaves with green chilli and ginger. If required as very less amount of water.

Fine chop garlic cloves. Now heat 2 spoon oil in kadai. Saute some of garlic, onion and tometos turn by turn.

Add turmeric, coriander powder and maize flour. Add paste of leaves. Add required water to adjust consistency (If needed). let cook it till oil separate.

Now in another wok add 2 spoon oil. Heat it and add remaining chopped garlic. Saute it properly. Turn off flame add 1 spoon water with red chili powder.

Pour this in saag. Our sarson da saag is ready. Enjoy with makke di roti.
