Aloo ka paratha

In mixing bowl add atta salt oil and make soft dough keep it for rest for 15 min

For making filling
Add all ing and mix well - 3
Knead the dough again using little oil.

Divide the dough into equal balls

Heat tawa
- 6
Roll out the paratha spread oil on it and put aloo mixture in centre close the edges from all sides and make a round

Roll it out again slowly.

Put the paratha on heated tawa and cook from both side using oil/ghee/butter.

Let it be cool and pack in lunch box along with little sauce.
