Chinese-style Pan-Fried Cheap Tuna With Green Peppers

There was a special 100 g = 100 yen sale for albacore tuna. Isn't that cheaper than meat?!
So I made a recipe that usually requires meat and used the tuna instead.
My husband didn't even realize it was tuna!
Instead of oyster sauce, it tastes great if you use ginger soy sauce.

- You can omit marinating the tuna in sake and soy sauce.
- If you fry the tuna too much, it will become tough, so cook quickly.
- Since it's difficult to get the flavor to seep into the peppers, season with salt before cooking.
- Since it's got a rich flavor, it's great for bentos.
- You could also add eggplant, onion, or shiitake mushrooms!
- This recipe can be made with sashimi leftovers of various fish. Recipe by moj.
