Grind onion and raw mango roughly.

Add the paste in oil. Add the masalas.

Cook for 1-2min. Filling is ready.

Fry the keralas and bhindi for 1-2 min. Stuff the filling when cool.

Add oil in kadhai and cook the keralas in oil well in slow to medium flame.

Cover it with heavy weight, cook for 1 min and check it frequently

Turn them to other side and cook in the same manner.
