Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsglutinous rice
  2. 1 cupsake 🍶
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1-2chicken thigh
  5. few slices of ginger
  6. Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pour a thin layer of sesame oil in a pot and slide in the ginger slices, heat until “cha-cha” (gently fried)

    Layer chopped chicken thighs gently, skin down, let chicken chacha too. you should see some oil from the chicken coming out, which slightly fried the chicken itself too.

    Add glutinous rice to the pot, stir and add water and sake.

  4. 4

    When it boils, turn off the heat and transfer to a rice cooker, slow cooker or a steamer. Cook for about 30 minutes.
