Ingredients

sandwiches
1burger bun
1cheddar slice
4small French polony slices
1fried egg
Sliced cucumbers
Herb salad dressing
pigs in a blanket
4beef wieners
4small Phyllo pastry sheets
1whisk egg
Sesame seeds

Make mini sandwiches by cutting bun into 4 equal triangles then half each triangle like you would when making a burger

Divide cheese slice into 4 squares and divide fried egg into 4 equal pieces

Assemble sandwiches each with cheese, egg, cucumbers, polony, salad dressing and secure with a toothpick

To make pigs in a blanket, securely roll pastry over individual wieners. Brush surface with an egg wash, add a sprinkling of sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven until golden

Serve with ketchup or preferred dipping sauce
