First soak chana dal before hours and cut the cabage in wash warm water than soak it

For fry to first put the kadai on gas and add oiland to heat it upand dry spices add and fry 30sec and add garlick stir fry and then add chopped onion and sautey 10minutes and when seprate oil and all spices and stir well add the cabage and chana dal and cover with lid and heat midaiam flame ten minutes

Then veg stir well and saute them open the lid and ready toeat it's become very tasty we can eat rotti parantha.
