Ingredients

  • 1 cupLeftover night glutinous rice/ sticky rice
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Black peppercorns, crushed
  • Dill

Steps

    Put the sticky rice and eggs in a bowl. Seasoning with salt, soy sauce and black pepper, stir to mix well. Add the dill, stir it to combined.

    Then roasting pan on the stove, scoop the mixed sticky rice to sear on the pan flip it when turn to golden brown. Now ready to serve,
