  • 4small slices sourdough bread
  • Some salad leaves tossed in oil
  • 1hard boiled egg
  • 100 grcooked chicken
  • 3-5 tbmayonaise
  • 1 tbmadras curry powder
  • 1/2 tbtumeric
  • Sides
  • 5cherry tomatoes
  • 2baby cucumbers
  • Fruit of choice

    Peel the egg and cut into small pieces

  2. 2

    Take the mayonaise and put in spices

  3. 3

    Mix with egg and chicken

  4. 4

    Take 2 slices of bread put on the chickensalad

    Put the lettuce on top. Finish with the remaining slices. Cut diagonally and put into lunchbox.
