100 grsmall rice noodles soaked
2leeks
250 grbean sprouts
2winter carrots
1onion
1.5 lfresh chicken stock
200 grcooked chicken from the broth
3 tbLight soy
1/2 tbsesame oil
Coriandre and parsley
2 tbwok oil

Dice the onion, cut the carrots and leeks into small rounds

Wok the veg above in the oil for about 7 min.

Put in the stock. Cook for 20 min. Add soy and sesame

Put in the chicken and sprouts. Cook for 1 min.

Serve with parsley and coriander
