My stock of stock 😀 was finished last week so I needed to make another badge. Since I love soup this was my lunch today

Ingredients

  1. 100 grsmall rice noodles soaked
  2. 2leeks
  3. 250 grbean sprouts
  4. 2winter carrots
  5. 1onion
  6. 1.5 lfresh chicken stock
  7. 200 grcooked chicken from the broth
  8. 3 tbLight soy
  9. 1/2 tbsesame oil
  10. Coriandre and parsley
  11. 2 tbwok oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the onion, cut the carrots and leeks into small rounds

  2. 2

    Wok the veg above in the oil for about 7 min.

    Put in the stock. Cook for 20 min. Add soy and sesame

  4. 4

    Put in the chicken and sprouts. Cook for 1 min.

  5. 5

    Serve with parsley and coriander
