Ginger Garlic Crispy Tofu

Cara Membuat

Cut the tofu into 16 pieces. (Potong tahu menjadi 16 bagian)

Pat the excess water from tofu with paper towels. (Lap tahu dengan tisu)

In a medium ball, combine together rice flour, salt, mushroom seasoning powder, and ground white pepper. (Dalam wadah ukuran sedang, campur tepung beras, garam, bubuk kaldu jamur dan bubuk lada putih)

Make the ginger garlic sauce (buat saus jahe bawang putih)

In a deep fryer or a medium frying pan, heat vegetable oil on a medium heat. (Panaskan deep fryer atau penggorengan ukuran sedang di atas api sedang)

Dredge tofu in the rice flour mixture, tap off the excess flour and place the tofu in the hot oil. Fry until the edges begin to golden, about 2 minutes, flip and fry the other for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan, drain on a paper towels. (Balurkan tahu ke campuran tepung beras, tepuk perlahan agar tepung tidak berlebihan menempel di tahu. Goreng sampai berwarna keemasan selama 2 menit, balik dan goreng selama 2 menit. Tiriskan)

Arrange the tofu on the plate and pour the ginger garlic sauce on the top. (Sajikan tahu goreng dalam piring dan tuang saus jahe bawang putih di atas tahu)
