Ingredients

  • 1medium Romanesco cauliflower
  • 3 tbspGreek yoghurt
  • 1lime
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley to garnish
  • Chilli flakes to garnish (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam Romanesco until tender. Remove and allow to cool completely.

    Mash well. Stir in yoghurt and spices. Squeeze over fresh lime. And serve with fresh parsley and chilli.
