Take a mixing bowl add in all the ingredients.. and prepare a semi soft dough...cover it & let it rest for 15-20 minutes

After the resting time again knead the dough for about proper 5 minutes, pinch out medium size balls..roll out thin, apply ghee and now make folds in it as if making a paper fan, collect together like a strip, now carefully make a, coil of this strip&tuck the ends beneath the coil using some more dry flour roll out very lightly...similarly roll out remaining balls...

Place the rolled out paratha on hot pan,& cook on both sides apply ghee..and slide out in to serving plate.. and your healthy delicious multi grain paratha is ready to enjoy...
tip:squeeze out paratha with both hands to get that prominent layers..
