Ingredients

  • Pasta for two
  • 2 cupspasta cooking water (about 500 ml)
  • 1little oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2zucchini
  • 1/4onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1mushroom
  • 1seasoned chicken thigh

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients by chopping them. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the other vegetables. Stir-fry and set aside.

    Pan-fry the chicken thigh until cooked through, then set aside. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in another pot.

    After the pasta is cooked, add some of the pasta cooking water and the ingredients back into the pot. Cook until there's just a little bit of sauce left. Enjoy this delicious and light dish! After indulging during the holidays, it's time to return to something lighter 🤣
